This issue has been widely discussed again after Professor Panthep Puapongphan, Dean of the Institute of Integrative Medicine and Anti-Aging Medicine at Rangsit University and a renowned data analyst, posted a photo with actress Kwan Usamanee Waitayanon, and expressed gratitude that Kwan would serve as a witness in the case that Tangmo's mother plans to file.
Recently, Professor Panthep presented photos that Kwan brought as evidence related to the death investigation of Tangmo Nida. He revealed that after four years, they finally obtained evidence confirming that Kwan was on another boat the same night. On that night, Kwan wore a pink outfit like Tangmo and took photos near Rama VIII Bridge, but those photos were falsely claimed as being from Tangmo’s boat in the case file.
"After four years, we have evidence confirming that Kwan Usamanee was on another boat the same night, with six people aboard. Kwan wore a pink outfit like Tangmo and took photos near Rama VIII Bridge on the night of 24 February 2022 at 8:32 p.m., but Kratik falsely claimed these as from Tangmo’s boat in the case file."
Upon learning of the false claim, Kwan Usamanee has fully cooperated and is prepared to testify for Tangmo’s mother, who will file charges against Kratik for falsely claiming and submitting fake evidence into the case this morning, 2 September 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Nonthaburi Police Station.
