Ajarn Panthep Reveals Two Mysterious Photos Used Fraudulently as Evidence in Tangmo Nida Case, Highlights Irregularities

Epic The Tangmo Nida case appears set for another twist after Ajarn Panthep Puapongpan led a press conference revealing crucial evidence confirming attempts to pass off photos of other people as false evidence in the court case.

He unveiled images that many were curious about, revealing two mysterious photos pointing to a different boat.

- The first photo was taken by Khun Dada from a distance on another boat, where no one is visible at the bow, so it’s not a photo from the boat involving Krit and Tangmo. This distant shot was posted and cited in the case as Krit’s boat with Krit standing at the bow while Tangmo took the photo.

- The second photo, when zoomed in, shows a person at the bow circled for emphasis. At the time, the uploader was suspected and it was uncertain who it was. Yet the case file claims Krit is at the bow and Tangmo took the photo.

Neither photo was taken from inside the boat at all. Today, the witnesses came forward clearly: one is the photographer (Khun Dada's younger brother) and the other is the uploader (Khun Dada). The people on the boat had no idea these photos were used in the case file and only learned today that their photos were pieced together and used falsely, claiming it was another boat. We recognized the difference by the stern design; this boat’s engine is under the hull, not at the stern.

So, it’s clear this is not Tangmo’s boat, and the person who used the photos is someone else using them in the court case. We know this because Tangmo’s mother allowed us to access the case file. Moreover, the timing in the photos doesn’t match; it’s a different boat and different people. Everything is unrelated.

Ajarn Panthep also said that after confirming it was a different boat, though they did not initially know who was on it or who was at the bow claimed to be Krit with Tangmo as photographer, a detailed review revealed it was Kwan Usamanee. Today, Kwan herself came to confirm she was indeed on that boat at the bow but her image was misused in court.

We identified Kwan step by step: first the photographer, then the uploader, then the boat owner, and the details led us to know Kwan was on the boat. At first, we didn’t know it was Kwan, but someone recognized her immediately on seeing the misused photo and recalled Kwan had posted it on her Instagram story. Seeing this, we suspected it was Kwan and contacted her. She showed us photos from that year, confirming the usage was certain. It was the same day but at different times and on a different boat.
