One Last Time” by two renowned artists, Asanee-Wasan Chotikul, at IMPACT Arena, Muang Thong Thani, during the 2 September 2026 show, experienced structural subsidence, prompting the organizer to announce the cancellation of the concert for audience safety and to arrange a make-up show on 9 September 2026 at 6:00 PM.
Most recently, Neekrung Connect, the organizer of the Asanee-Wasan concert, issued a second statement clarifying safety measures and compensation for attendees of the FAREWELL CONCERT “Wanting to Emphasize Clearly... One Last Time,” with the following details.

Following the incident where part of the elevated seating structure subsided during the 2 September 2026 show at IMPACT Arena, Neekrung Connect Co., Ltd. decided to cancel the performance for the safety of concertgoers. The company would like to provide updates on safety measures and support for affected attendees as follows.
1. Safety Measures
After the incident, the company dismantled the original elevated seating structure and installed a completely new one, not limited to the affected area, under the supervision and inspection of engineers from three agencies: Pak Kret Municipality, IMPACT Arena, and LIVE NATION.
All parties held meetings and thoroughly inspected the venue's readiness according to strict engineering safety standards, confirming that the performance area is safe for the upcoming shows on 3, 5, 6, and 8 September 2026, all scheduled to start at 7:00 PM as planned.
2. Compensation Measures for 2 September 2026 Attendees
Ticket holders for the 2 September 2026 show can use their original tickets to attend the final performance on 9 September 2026, which will begin at 7:00 PM.
For those unable to attend the 9 September 2026 show, ticket refunds may be requested at any of the 11 Thai Ticket Major branches by 6 September 2026. Tickets returned through this refund process will be resold by Thai Ticket Major starting 7 September 2026 for those wishing to attend the final show.
