It has become a hot topic again when the actress Kwan Usamanee Waitayanon went to testify in the case where Panida Sirayutthayothin the mother of the late fruit actress Tangmo Nida or Tangmo Pattharida Patcharaveerapong filed a complaint against Kratik Ichrasin Jutasuksawat former manager and close friend of Tangmo, accusing her of submitting or citing false evidence in the investigation.
The key evidence involved a photograph of the boat Tangmo boarded on the day of the incident, which was stated to be a different boat. The photo in the case file showed the boat Kwan Usamanee was on, not Tangmo's boat. Recently, Thairath Entertainment met with Helen Pavara and asked about this matter.
“Recently, many people are following the Tangmo case closely, reopening it and revealing new evidence. I heard you had a chance to talk with Kratik?”
“We've talked for two days now. I wanted to understand what happened. Did Kratik take Kwan's photo as evidence or something? She said, 'Wait a moment, I never sent any evidence. The police gathered the evidence themselves.' During the incident, the police took my phone for two days and interrogated me for almost 24 hours, questioning me repeatedly and interviewing me extensively. So, Kratik did not bring that photo; the police did. You have to ask the police where they got that evidence from. Kratik did not send evidence to the police; the police found it themselves.
So, it’s confusing. I’m not taking sides with Kratik or anyone on the boat; I’m just sticking to the facts, which is normal. To this day, I’m still waiting for solid evidence. Since Tangmo passed away, I haven’t seen anything concrete—only words without truth. Nothing tangible at all.
Honestly, if you know who started this or who is behind it, don’t just speak in initials. I believe you should reveal the names. If you get sued or face consequences, think about the public who support and care about this case—they are ready to support you, even help pay bail, understand?
If someone gets sued and loses money, I think the public following this case is willing to support them. But if you refuse to reveal names and only speak in mysterious initials, throwing around hints and linking things endlessly,”
Kratik told me this. Will she come out to confirm that she did not send the evidence or find the photo?
“She won’t speak anymore because everything has been decided already. Understand? To be honest, anyone can fabricate stories or say anything because doubts remain.
Even if the court has ruled or the police have completed everything, those still suspicious will dig up this and that, bringing up random things and making connections. Honestly, people do this just for attention and ratings. If they spoke about other topics, would people watch? I’m just being straightforward.”
So, are we waiting for the conclusion?
“Yes, we wait. You know, once Kwan got involved, things were linked to other matters. Understand? You have to ask the police where they got the evidence from. Kratik did not send the evidence.”
