Online relatives and friends quickly fell in love and couldn’t get enough of “Nong Phop Rak” the adorably chubby little son of the young actor “James Jirayu” and his mother “Foam Benjamas.” However, due to his plumpness and cuteness, many have secretly worried whether he might be overweight or being overfed.
Recently, Mae Foam spoke openly to clear up all doubts about her son's development to reassure fans. She said,
Many people have wondered if Phop Rak is overweight. I myself was concerned in the beginning when he was 3-4 months old and asked the doctor. But Nong Phop Rak is not overweight. He’s not very fat. Those who have seen him might say he’s a big baby because his weight and height are proportionate. We regularly consult with the doctor.
Since birth until now, Phop Rak has never vomited, only occasionally spit up a little milk, but never projectile vomiting. There is no overfeeding. He drinks milk according to his routine and schedule, finishing each bottle per feeding, not feeding continuously. He sticks to a routine and schedule for feeding.
As for sleeping, he sleeps very well, which may contribute to his height. I raise my child based on intuition, not trends, but we have a routine of bathing, feeding, and sleeping every day, so he’s accustomed to it.
Now Phop Rak is 7 and a half months old and weighs 11 kilograms. When we go for vaccinations, they weigh and measure him and monitor his development closely. His weight is at the upper end of the standard range but not above it. His weight and height are proportional, and his chest and head circumference are age-appropriate with no health issues.
Mae Foam also said that many people worry about whether she consults doctors; she does so regularly and extensively and is very grateful to the doctors.
I’m not upset by people’s questions because I know my child is developing appropriately. I just want to say that parents shouldn’t feel bad if they see other children of similar weight. Don’t compare your child’s weight to others. If everything is within normal ranges after consulting a doctor, just let your child develop at their own pace because every child is different. But if you have concerns, consult a doctor for accurate information.
Thank you to everyone who cares and shows affection for Nong Phop Rak. What I want most is for my child to be healthy, without illness or injury. That alone is enough.
