After Jenny Ratchanok Suwanket also known as Jenny from the 'If You’re Happy, I’m Happy' label, became embroiled in another controversy involving her former nanny who stole money and valuables before Jenny live-streamed and called to settle the issue directly with the nanny,
she was criticized for handling the matter publicly instead of privately, with some accusing her of creating content. Jenny then clarified and confirmed she would file police reports against both the thief and those posting defamatory videos and comments about her.
Most recently, Yiw Chatmongkol Somkaew, Jenny’s husband, posted a fierce message defending his wife: “The most pitiful and miserable people are those who suffer, resent, and are tormented when they see others succeed and be happy. May their frustration be so intense that it eases their suffering .”
He added in a comment under the post: “If Jenny wasn’t truly talented and genuinely had her own light, she would have faded away long ago. Her achievements have never involved clinging to or referencing anyone else to gain attention. She has always lived and worked on her own. It's only those of you who criticize and mock her trying to gain the spotlight.
It's clear who is really desperate for attention, who is pathetic, who can’t do even a fraction of what she does. They want roles so badly, spitting on her, trying to drag her down. They want her to be bad, to be insignificant. I can't accept that when she is talented and successful, they must find ways to mock and criticize her.
Oh, you little beast, do you think I should be afraid or cry just because you try to defame and belittle me? You have no right to play a role in my life. I prefer to spend my time enjoying life rather than dealing with you. Spit, you devil, hahaha.”
