But the man ran away, leaving his phone behind, which contained no information at all. It seemed intentional, and we were very confused.

Kwan Usamanee reported to Lumphini Police Station that a mysterious man approached her closely, pointed his finger, and said, ‘See you in 3 months. Kwan wouldn’t say something like that.’” He added, “In summary, the mysterious man approached Kwan Usamanee and repeatedly spoke in Northern Thai dialect, saying ‘In 3 months, you must change your words.’ Besides telling Kwan to change her words within 3 months, he also challenged her to file a police report or call a certain ‘senior official.’”
