It shocked the entire interview group when Toey Jarinporn opened up about her most recent relationship having ended. She had been separated from her foreign boyfriend for over a month but parted on good terms, describing it as a life lesson. Toey shared this during the opening ceremony of the 2026 Bangkok International Film Festival, saying
“Actually, it’s a bit awkward to have to answer this question now. So, congratulations to my friends first. I’m currently single. It’s a shock for everyone (laughs).”
Did this happen a long time ago?
“Not very long, about a month and a bit. But please don’t be too hard on me.”
No, no, no pressure. People are celebrating with you because we saw you happy enjoying life and traveling abroad?
“I did enjoy exploring different things. But in terms of love, it might not have been successful yet (smiles). But that’s okay; I consider it a very good moment. I believe everyone gains lessons through experiences like these. I may have learned special lessons in love or such, but that’s alright because everyone’s moments are different.”
Do you think the reporters were shocked?
“I think everyone is very shocked right now. Sorry, I knew everyone would be shocked, but I was shocked too. It’s like everyone was focused on what would happen next with me, but I was also stunned (laughs).”
Did your friends come to support or help you heal, or have you been on your own?
“I’m at an age where I’m used to this, but everyone still cares. In the end, I think everything moves forward, and we didn’t part badly. It’s just something we talked about and resolved.”
Are you aware that everyone has been cheering for your love life all along?
“I know everyone has been supportive and encouraging. I appreciate it and ask for your continued support (laughs).”
Have you been to visit your niece yet?
“Oh, I really want to go visit Praprak, but I haven’t yet. It’s so heartwarming and uplifting. The niece is adorable; seeing her refreshes my spirit. It’s not just Praprak, but the other kids too.”
