Actress Toey Jarinporn Junkiat’s decision to no longer tolerate abusive comments has sparked concern and support from friends and fans. She posted about people who criticized her love life with threatening language that insults and belittles her human and feminine dignity, stating she plans to take legal action.
On her Instagram @toeyjarinporn, she shared a message with the following content:
“Hello, this is Toey. Normally, I don’t often speak out or respond much when incidents or news about my personal life arise. I personally prefer to avoid conflict, so I have chosen to remain silent all along.
Regarding interviews about my love life, I’ve received many encouraging messages. Thank you for your kind support, for loving me, cheering me on, and always being kind to me.
Having worked in this industry for quite some time, I have witnessed the evolution of social media, managing countless comments and opinions, learning and growing from these experiences.
I respect everyone’s freedom of thought. I welcome positive comments that bring me joy and am glad there are many kind people. For constructive criticism, I take it to heart and use it to improve myself.
However, comments that invade my privacy, harass, insult, or belittle the dignity of my humanity and womanhood have gone too far. I will no longer support or ignore such behavior.
As a human and a woman, having love should not be considered wrong. I have never done anything harmful or unethical. Professionally, I remain dedicated and strive to contribute positively to society.
Until now, I never intended to respond; I tried to understand those who posted harmful comments against me, though it saddened me. I endured the harassment and violations continually.
Today, I have decided to stand up and protect myself.
No one—no woman or any gender—should be subjected to words or actions that demean, insult, or harass their human dignity.
Expressing one’s thoughts is a good thing,
but it must stay within boundaries and not infringe on others.”
Additionally, Toey Jarinporn posted an image of a letter from her company, TOEY Co., Ltd., confirming it will take legal action against defamatory messages.

Subject: Inappropriate comments toward an artist under our management
TOEY Co., Ltd. has detected inappropriate comments, posts, or shared content on social media containing insulting, derogatory, defamatory, distorted facts, harassing, and disrespectful language toward Ms. Toey Jarinporn Junkiat, an artist under our management, which has negatively affected her.
Our company respects and is always open to honest and fair feedback, criticism, and suggestions from fans and the public. We support respectful and honorable expression and will not ignore any acts that violate rights or cause damage to our artists.
We affirm our commitment to protecting the rights and dignity of our artists. Should we find any messages or actions defamatory or damaging to our artists’ rights or dignity, we will consider appropriate legal action against those responsible.
