Kan Napat, the young singer, drew applause from both Thai and international fans living in Washington D.C., United States. Kan Napat participated in the Sawasdee DC Thai Festival 2026, where he also performed a live flute solo.
Kan posted a clip with the message: “Sawasdee DC Thai Festival 2026—I’m very happy and honored to be one of the Thai artists performing here. Thanks to the Royal Thai Embassy in Washington D.C. for organizing this event, and of course, thanks to all Thai brothers and sisters and the big international fans who came to see us. It’s truly heartwarming. Many have supported me since The Star competition, some flew in from other cities and countries just to be here. Love and thanks from my heart. I’m glad to see you all and happy to bring music that helps ease the homesickness.”
In the clip, Kan is seen playing the flute live on stage, with a large audience gathered to watch.
