Still handsome and warm, with a youthful look unchanged, the talented young singer Max Natthawut Jenmana recently attended the press conference for Chang Music Connection Presents Melody Of Life 17, a grand city-center music festival inviting the younger generation to change the world through music at centralwOrld. The event is set for 16-18 October 2026. He also updated the media on his personal life, sharing his serious approach to self-care as his body started sending warning signs, and offered a heartfelt perspective on the age-related drama concerning women that earned applause from fans.
Body sends warning signals, rushing to build discipline for a “golden body”
Max Jenmana described a turning point in his self-care journey, revealing that he had heavily taxed his body since his twenties until warning signs like skin issues, melasma, and freckles began to appear. Previously relying on “old blessings” and neglecting skincare, he now uses creams, takes vitamins, and prioritizes restful sleep. “I’m trying to get plenty of rest now because sleep is very important. For me, 6-7 hours is already very little. As for people saying I look young, I think my hairstyle helps. I want to build a 'golden body' and discipline myself. On days I don’t exercise, I don’t feel good at all.”
Highlights health-conscious new generation artists promoting mindfulness and no alcohol
Asked about the music industry lifestyle, Max revealed that today's artists and producers take much better care of their health compared to before. They don’t feel the need to follow old habits; some meditate in the morning to stimulate creativity, and many choose not to drink alcohol on tour. Smoking has also been largely phased out among them.
He described the healthy atmosphere on set while working with friends like Jee Sutthirak, Moss, Bright Vachirawit, and Big: “As musicians stepping into that environment, you can feel how health-conscious everyone is. Everyone is committed to taking care of their bodies. For example, Bright quit smoking cold turkey with great discipline. I’m personally trying hard to quit too, even though the music scene still has temptations that challenge one’s resolve.”
Passionate defense! Protecting women aged 35+ as beautifully valuable
Concluding with the social media drama about “women aged 35 looking old,” Max immediately spoke up to defend women, sharing a deep perspective that each age brings its own unique beauty.
“I definitely have to speak on this. Ages 20-35 are like flowers just blooming and charming in their own way. But reaching 35 is full blossoming—beautiful in their own right, with wisdom, composure, and self-reliance. Age 35 is the stage of life where you truly become who you want to be. Women at every age are beautiful in their own way. I’m not worried about these dramas because social media and real life are very different.”
