Kao Supassara Takes Extended Work Break Until Next Year, Citing Burnout and Seeking Safe Space

The CentralWorld plaza was nearly packed when the radiant leading actress captivated everyone's attention. Kao Supassara Thanachart appeared as the popular ambassador for Garnier at the grand event GARNIER LAB THE CLINICAL VIT C EXPERIENCE held on the first floor (Eden Zone) of CentralWorld.

At this event, besides bringing her impeccable fresh charm to captivate all eyes, Kao openly shared about her life and current lifestyle. She revealed she is taking a long break from acting until next year to fully care for her physical health and restore her mental state.

Admits experiencing burnout, steps back to heal in her safe space. Kao candidly explained that she has faced burnout multiple times. Being an introvert by nature, interacting with large crowds or expending high energy on camera and stage causes accumulated stress and pressure. She recalled that since becoming famous as a child star in the Hormones series, she has worked intensively without stopping to check in on her own needs. Now reaching a point of "enough," she chooses to step back and spend time in her safe zone to reflect more on herself.

Not financially pressured, chooses only work that brings happiness. Currently, she prioritizes peace of mind by accepting only projects that she enjoys and teams she truly connects with, allowing time for healing activities like organizing her home, playing with pets, watching series, or going diving trips. Regarding concerns about income reduction, Kao firmly stated she is "not financially pressured" because she has diligently worked and maintained strong financial discipline, consistently allocating income for investments to combat inflation.

Financial independence is true happiness. At this stage in life, Kao believes that being debt-free and healthy is the greatest happiness. She feels grateful to her past self for enduring hard work, enabling her now to have financial freedom—not needing to be extremely wealthy, but having enough money to choose what to eat, where to travel, and how to live authentically.
