Previously, the young comedian Nong Chachacha had planned to open the Mam Kub Nong market in Nakhon Nayok Province on 25 Sep 2026, but flooding forced a postponement.
Recently, Nong Chachacha posted a video from the market and shared good news on the Mam Kub Nong market page, announcing that vendors can sell goods for free until the official opening. He stated, "Nong Chachacha announces that from 28 Sep 2026 onward, the Mam Kub Nong market will officially open. Vendors whose homes are back to normal are welcome to sell at the market free of charge, to support the people of Nakhon Nayok."
He added that if generous individuals buy goods from the vendors to distribute to the people of Nakhon Nayok, Nong Chachacha would be very pleased. He emphasized that he and the Mam Kub Nong market are committed to being part of the effort to overcome this flood crisis together.
Subsequently, the Mam Kub Nong market page posted a video showing Nok Kanyanat Iamsuk, his wife, bringing boxed meals to the market to distribute to flood victims, along with a message saying, "Je Nok is gradually preparing finished meals to give out to the people of Nakhon Nayok."
They also shared a video of volunteers from the groups 'Amerikan' and 'Wan Ploy Suea' setting up a kitchen at the Mam Kub Nong market, with food available until supplies run out. The post included the message, "Around 16:00 at Mam Kub Nong market."
