Poo Blackhead Cleans Up His Home After Floodwaters Recede, Admits He Was Unprepared for the Flood

The flood situation in Bangkok still has several areas with high water levels, causing considerable hardship for residents. However, some places are beginning to feel hopeful as the water levels have started to drop.

Including the area around the home of a rock singer. “Poo Blackhead” who is now entering the recovery phase after the water levels have receded. Previously, he had to wake up and bail water from his house until his hands became raw and blistered.

Recently, he told Thairath Entertainment News that after the water levels began to fall, it was time to urgently clean and restore his home. He spent nearly the entire day washing the house and tidying up belongings, working so hard that he was drenched in sweat.

He also revealed that, although this was not his first time facing flooding—having experienced it often enough to be accustomed to it—this time he admitted he was caught "off guard" because the water arrived so quickly without time to prepare, leaving no chance to protect the house.

He added that if there had been advance warning, it would have been possible to prepare better and prevent more damage, at least allowing time to move belongings and organize the house to cope with the sudden flood.

He concluded by sending encouragement to fellow citizens affected by the flood, urging them to be strong and to get through this difficult time together safely.

“Every rainy season, my home faces this situation because it's an old village prone to flooding. Water tends to collect behind the house since it's a low-lying area, so floods occur easily. But this time was shocking—very shocking. Usually, we can anticipate heavy rains and prepare, but this time it came without any warning. Today, the water around has mostly receded, and I’ve finished cleaning up. I hope there won’t be more rain. I want to send my support to everyone and the many families still struggling. It seems it will take some time to recover, so I wish this ordeal passes quickly and that everyone stays safe.”
