The recent severe flooding over several days has caused water to remain stagnant in many areas, with some places unable to drain properly. This has led to significant water accumulation, making transportation and travel extremely difficult. As known, many in the entertainment industry have been seriously affected, with homes flooded. The latest example is... actor Mik Thongraya. He, having directly experienced flooding before, shared an update on the current flood situation.
Regarding the flood situation around his home in Bangkok, Mik said that fortunately water has not entered his house and he had prepared food supplies in advance. However, traveling is difficult as streets around are flooded up to knee height. At his restaurant, floodwaters nearly reached the entrance, and at Khao Yai, the restaurant had to close for three days because staff and customers could not travel there. Mik also sent encouragement to all affected and to “Aum Patchrapa” following a video of her rowing through floodwaters. He joked about being skilled at rowing and offered to help her carry sandbags or row the boat, promising to send his mother’s homemade chili paste immediately. Without fan interference, he said they could even go on a boat trip together again.
His new drama “Song Salueng Tai” will air soon, co-starring Esther Supreeleela for the first time. It is an action series in which he plays a sniper role he described as the most intense and physically demanding he has done. Regarding his contract with Channel 7, he confirmed he continues with Channel 7 HD, having renewed his contract about five times now and being with the channel for over 17 years. He is ready to take on any roles assigned by the channel and is open to new opportunities on other platforms as well.
