During the time many areas are being affected by flooding, there continue to be scenes of sharing and kindness among Thai people. Most recently, “Bung Baiyoke” has stepped up as another source of support and help for flood victims by preparing a large amount of drinking water and loading it onto vehicles to deliver to hard-hit areas.
. Bung Baiyoke posted photos of the large stockpile of drinking water with the message, “Flood victims, get ready! Water (and kindness) from Baiyoke is ready. Dada is gearing up to go @wave_sarin, while the little one is heading out to buy food.”
At the same time, the Baiyoke Support Team X RKU (Ruamkatanyu Foundation) shared updates with photos of trucks loaded with drinking water, stating that kindness from Baiyoke is being delivered to the Klong Chan flats and nearby areas, sending wishes for a speedy resolution to the situation.
This is another example of “water (and kindness)” emerging amid difficult circumstances. Although some areas face rising floodwaters, the encouragement and aid from those around continue to flow to the victims, reflecting a spirit of sharing and solidarity when many are in need of help.
