This is good news for the villagers and fans who have supported them all along. Recently (5 Oct 2026), enforcement officers from Samut Prakan province executed the court's order at the home village of the famous actor. “Tak Boriboon Chanruang” They unlocked the gates and removed no-entry signs to restore the residents' rights to use all central communal facilities, including the clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court, and badminton court, officially allowing all residents to resume use.
The dispute originated when the original village developer advertised homes with full amenities but later sold the land and all communal facilities to a private company. The new company posted no-entry signs to block residents' access and threatened to demolish the areas, causing significant distress to the community.
Tak Boriboon posted on his personal Instagram to thank the legal team led by lawyer Kaew (Dr. Monchai Jongkairattanakul) and lawyer Burin Bobthong for fighting for justice. He also sent encouragement to residents of other projects facing similar disputes to stand up and protect their rightful rights.
