Regarding the case of the actress Ploy Chermarn Boonyasak filing a lawsuit against Note Chakariya Samutkiri her former personal manager on charges of fraud related to the management of payment for various jobs.
Before Note Chakariya posted an update announcing that the court had dismissed both the civil and criminal cases, thanking the justice system, affirming his innocence, and concluding with the statement, “There is only one truth.”
Most recently, Ploy Chermarn posted a black-and-white photo of herself along with a statement after the court dismissed the case, saying, “The verdict is the conclusion of the case, not a license for anyone to present only one side as the ‘whole truth.’”
Ploy respects the judicial process and always respects the court’s verdict, but asks everyone to distinguish between the “case outcome” and the “full facts that occurred.”
Ploy has chosen not to respond all along because she did not want to make a personal matter public. But when the case was publicized in a way that made society believe only one side was telling the truth, Ploy exercises her right to clarify this much. She knows what happened and has her reasons for pursuing the case from the beginning.
Today the case has a verdict, and Ploy respects it, but that does not mean she must accept the story as presented by the other side. Sometimes not speaking does not mean having nothing to say, but choosing not to speak, because in the end, the truth does not need to shout louder than anyone else.
And to you who said, ‘In the end, there is only one truth,’ yes, the truth is the truth, and there really is only one. Do you dare to appear together on the 'Hon Krasae' show, dear?”
Many friends in the entertainment industry as well as fans sent their support and comments, such as “So satisfying ❤️,” “I thought you wouldn’t speak because you still respect,” “I’m always on your side, Ploy. Stay strong, brave one,” “Sending you support,” “You’re fabulous, Mom,” “Cheering for you, Mom Ploy,” “Looking forward to ‘Hon Krasae’,” and “Full support for you.”
