Ning Patthama Shares Her Thoughts After Winning 5th Runner-Up at Miss Grand International 2026

The Miss Grand International 2026 final has concluded, with the beauty queen from Tanzania Jihan Mohin Dimashq successfully winning the prestigious crown, while Thailand's representative Ning Patthama gave her all to achieve 5th runner-up and Best National Costume awards for her fans. After the competition, she shared her feelings and thoughts.

I am very proud. From the moment I wore the Thailand sash and earned 5th runner-up, I felt I had done my absolute best. I was very capable today. I hardly felt any pressure and was able to relax. Compared to the Thai national pageant, which was my first time and very stressful, this time I felt that reaching this level meant I had given my all and performed well, so I didn’t want to put extra pressure on myself. I just let go and enjoyed it.

What motivated me to do my best was my grandfather’s blessing—he wished for me to win a crown for him. I want to say that today I achieved that, though it may not be the grand crown, at least I have a crown. It’s in line with my goal. At first, I thought I would accept whatever the judges or the boss deemed appropriate. But since my grandfather is ill, I wanted to win a crown for him.

In the end, I accomplished what I set out to do and succeeded. I thank everyone who has supported me all along, especially my fan base. Thank you so much for still loving me. Let’s keep loving each other like sticky rice that sticks to your hands—no matter how much you try, it won’t come off. Personally, I have no regrets. I think I did very well. Usually, I don’t like to praise myself, but today I feel I’m very capable for overcoming various problems and obstacles. Recently, I have passed through moments of weakness. I feel I have overcome that point and can now return to my role here as strongly as any woman can be.

After this, I will return to work. I miss music, singing, the band, all the musicians, and all my clients. Right now, I have told my personal manager, P’Pan, to start accepting all bookings. Previously, I had paused work for two months to fully focus on the pageant. Now, I’ve told P’Pan to accept everything.
