Heated Drama! Mysterious Woman Registers NENE ROYAL Trademark Claiming Goodwill Gift to Nene Royal

It immediately became a hot topic when a mysterious woman secretly registered the trademark NENE ROYAL and claimed she would grant it as a right to Nene Royal or Praew Rattikan Amlai the champion of America’s Got Talent 2026 who brought fame to Thailand.

On her Facebook, the woman posted an image with the words 'NENE ROYAL' along with the message: "A gift marking the beginning of growth in Thailand and worldwide, from a young girl pursuing her musical dream. I secretly wish to present this trademark application to Nene, so she can follow her dream and build her own business under the brand NENE ROYAL to the best of her ability."

When asked in comments, "Did you register it on her behalf?" the woman replied, "Yes, to protect her." Other commenters quickly criticized her, saying things like: "This is a mess," "Good intentions when not wanted... what do you call that?", "She should register it herself; who gives gifts like this?", "Did Nene ask for this? If not, who would dare? Haha", "What right does this auntie have to register on her behalf?", and "Do you have some relation to Nene?" among others.

Meanwhile, some commented, "Having registered trademarks myself, if you truly intend to protect her and have received official registration from the Department of Intellectual Property, you can transfer all rights directly to her (though as a minor, a guardian may act on her behalf). Hurry and do it, or public news coverage will cause you trouble."

Afterwards, the woman shared the post and wrote, referring to Jon Elron, the American who invited Nene to compete on AGT: "The foreigner who gave every opportunity to the small child named Praew to follow her dream learned that a Thai person wanted the trademark 'Nene Royal' rights to belong directly to the Rattikan Amlai family personally."

The response was that Jon Elron agreed with this Thai person, wanting the rights to belong directly to Rattikan Amlai. The Department of Intellectual Property said that learning about intellectual property is a valuable start that can significantly increase value. Nene Royal, keep pursuing your dream, daughter. Thank you for meeting a child named Nene Royal."

Looking into the woman’s profile reveals she is a female entrepreneur owning a Thai herbal product company in Chiang Mai. The NENE ROYAL trademark application was filed on 22 July 2026 and expires on 21 July 2036. The registered goods cover printed T-shirts.
