- In education, Beer chose to study law at Chulalongkorn University and graduated with second-class honors.
- After completing his bachelor's degree, he received a scholarship from the Chinese government through Mae Fah Luang University to pursue a master's degree in law in China, graduating in 2015.
- After finishing his studies in China, he returned to Thailand to fulfill his scholarship obligations by working as a law lecturer at Mae Fah Luang University in Chiang Rai.
