Today (20 Oct 2026) at Minburi Civil Court on Sihaburanukit Road, the court announced its verdict in case number P E219/2569. Mr. Likhit Sitthiphan or Ta Fedfe is the plaintiff suing Chaisoro Company Limited as defendant number 1, Mr. Kittisak Vejprasarn or Yat Chaisoro as defendant number 2, and Ms. Thitiporn Petsriudom, Yat's wife and defendant number 3, regarding the dispute over the prior transfer of 49% company shares.
The court dismissed the case and ordered the plaintiff to pay the legal fees for all three defendants, setting attorney fees at 10,000 baht. Court costs were to be waived.
Mr. Kittisak, or Yat Chaisoro, arrived at the civil court with his wife and told reporters the case was dismissed, which he saw as a positive outcome showing that justice recognizes the truth. He considered it a good thing the process reached the court because the court delivered a fair decision.
He explained that Mr. Likhit, or Ta Fedfe, had filed both criminal and civil cases against him, but the criminal case was previously withdrawn. Regarding the dismissed civil case, he felt relieved but said it remains to be seen how the plaintiff will proceed as the court process still has many steps. Initially, he felt good because until now he didn't know how to explain what others had already judged without listening to him, perhaps because he was not seen as a sympathetic figure.
When asked if he wanted to say anything to society amid previous social media attacks, Yat Chaisoro replied that social media is fast and impatient, quickly judging people. He saw that those who do not speak are often presumed wrong, even though they might be waiting for truth and clear processes. He added he does not have or use social media.
Yat Chaisoro reaffirmed that the share transfer was conducted according to legal procedures without coercion as alleged. He said he is not worried if further lawsuits arise during this process because the truth remains the truth. However, he admitted being surprised and hurt by the intense social media attacks, which undermined his confidence in being right. He felt misunderstood and noted the attacks impacted his family and children.
Yat Chaisoro revealed he currently faces two lawsuits involving Ta Fedfe: the Computer Crime Act case, which has been withdrawn, and a copyright case that is under evidence review. When asked if he had any message for his former close friend, he said no. Asked if they could meet or work together again, he stated they will go their separate ways.
