After beauty queen and TV host Boom Panadda Wongpudee was linked to the issue involving her husband Got Atip Anantawan who reportedly developed over 100 rai of protected forest land in Sri Ka-ang Subdistrict, Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province, into a resort and trail running course, alongside personal controversies amid rumors of Got Atip having a relationship with another woman.
Recently, Boom Panadda, accompanied by lawyer Toi Pornsak Vipasaparnon and lawyer Ple and legal counsel, as well as her daughter Andaman, held a press conference regarding the issues at the broadcast building of MCOT Public Company Limited on Rama 9 Road.
Boom Panadda expressed gratitude to everyone waiting for today's press conference. She explained there were many reasons to wait until today because she never imagined having to respond or talk about these matters. However, to reassure everyone and by presenting documents today, she aims to clarify her position. She is willing, but many issues have arisen that require explanation.
Regarding Got's land, she emphasized that if people say husband and wife knew nothing, she truly did not know. She has never even been to that location; locals can confirm this. She was not allowed to visit, although others were. Her personal matters are not public interest, but since it became connected, she felt compelled to speak.
She just recently learned of the land in question. She recalled hearing about a trail running project and had seen medals delivered to their home, but Got never disclosed further details until the issue arose, which also involved personal matters.
Boom Panadda then showed land documents, saying she only recently saw these in his safe. The transactions date back to 5 October 2024, involving 2.5 million baht, but she never handled this. She shared the documents so everyone could see.
When asked about the contract, she asked lawyer Toi to review it. He explained the agreement appears to be rights held by the owner, uncertain if the land is classified as STK (Right to Cultivate). It involves multiple laws, including forestry and related acts. This legal act uses a sale contract, possibly to circumvent certain provisions.
If it is a right to cultivate, the law allows only residence and cultivation, not other uses. So when legal acts are made with rights holders, they may avoid direct sales. The legality remains to be determined. Authorities should verify which law governs this land and whether it is indeed a right to cultivate.
Such land cannot be sold, so it remains to be seen if the intention was trespassing. Regarding the husband's and wife's knowledge, marriage law does not require consent signatures for all transactions. One must accept that married couples may not know every detail. He believes this is common.
Boom Panadda reiterated she never knew about this or the people in the documents and never visited the place. She continued, sharing that during her pregnancy and involvement in the foundation's work, she sometimes used her own funds. Only late 2024 did funds appear. In June 2024, she borrowed over 4 million baht from Siam Commercial Bank for foundation and personal expenses.
By late 2024, around October, Got requested over 2 million baht for business purposes. Near her delivery, there was an incident where a nanny broke her chin, and this nanny’s daughter, aged 17-18, told her that Got took the nanny’s child to drink beer. This was one reason they lived separately since 2024. Boom admitted she was not strong enough then as she was close to giving birth.
She wanted the family to continue for the sake of Alex, then only two years old. She dislikes comments calling her strong but unlucky in love. She tried to hold things together with the idea of parents. She did her best since the children were very young. Unable to give him money or anything else, the next morning he took both children. She had tried to create good family memories, which was her weakness for not accepting reality. Although he never cared for the youngest child, only Alex, he took both without the nanny and became unreachable.
