Boom Panadda Clarifies Foundations Finances: Just Learned About Kickbacks and Husbands Debt, May Sell House to Settle Everything

After Boom Panadda Wongpudi held a press conference regarding her husband, Got Atip Anantawan, who developed more than 100 rai of protected forest land in Sri Ka-ang Subdistrict, Ban Na District, Nakhon Nayok Province, into a resort and trail running course. Rumors circulated that Got Atip had relationships with other women, alongside explanations about the foundation's accounts and funds, stirring heated social media reactions.

Subsequently, the page "Sao Pao Reuang Nee Tong Sai Jai" posted about the 29 million baht transferred by the foundation to a contractor in Phuket, expressing support for Boom to clarify the situation clearly, and suggested revealing the money trail and detailing donations in both accounts to confirm her innocence and integrity.

Recently, Boom Panadda livestreamed to clarify the issue of funds transferred to the contractor. She said, “Regarding the foundation, Pee Ae called me a while ago. It wasn’t long ago, not years, I don’t recall exactly when. Suddenly, she told me that Pee Got hadn’t paid money. We asked how much? One point two million baht. That’s the information I have.”

The information I have is that Pee Ae was contracted by Pee Got for foundation construction. Many were shocked at figures ranging from 29 million, 30 million, to 49 million baht. The total budget was 50 million; many were surprised. Listen! The money that comes into the foundation, I only accounted for exactly that because it’s public money and must reach the public.

Why do I say this? Look at the foundation. We have Building 1, originally a curry shop, intended to sell goods to the public; Building 1, Building 2, a shrine which is still incomplete, and inside the foundation, three more buildings.

The other three buildings required completely new floors, all new concrete. Anyone familiar with construction could estimate the cost. There are documents. The problem lies with Pee Ae. That’s the issue.

Now, the money was transferred to the company. I transferred it to the construction company. Pee Ae, why didn’t you tell me what you agreed with Pee Got? You only said Pee Got owed you 1.2 million baht. I told Pee Got to clear it properly, not to damage the foundation’s reputation. What I know is just that 1.2 million baht. But for construction fees, we transferred as agreed for all 4-5 buildings.

Today, the buildings are completed. One thing everyone can be assured of: donation money comes here. As I’ve said, it will be a disaster relief center. You remember, right? When people come, there’s storage, parking, boat parking—everything needed during floods or disasters. Everyone can stay here and develop skills in the future. Everything is planned this way. So when money comes in, it must go to the foundation, right?

The important point: everything that goes into the foundation belongs to the foundation. (She shows the land title deed she transferred to the foundation.) See? Panadda Wongpudi. I have transferred ownership. Nothing belongs to me or anyone else! Everything constructed there belongs to the foundation, to the public’s future. Nothing belongs to me.

But the question is, why did Pee Ae transfer it to Pee Got? (Reads comments) The contracting company did renovations for the foundation. No, the construction debt remains. Today, I have the buildings—Buildings 1, 2, 3, 4—four buildings, floors renovated as per the original budget.

Regarding kickbacks, I just learned today. Pee Ae didn’t tell me, only mentioned 1.2 million baht. It’s clear now. (Shows land title deed again.) So no matter how much money is used for construction, nothing belongs to me.

As for other debts, there are debts Pee Got accumulated. I just found out because creditors have started demanding payment. This is why I can’t let him raise the child—how can the child live in a society where debts are being chased like this?

(Reads comments) Many children jumped in. (Sighs) Believe it or not, there are many things I cannot say. I have to consider carefully how what I say will affect my child. I know this is a matter of public interest, but don’t you care about the child’s feelings? Yet if I am in this position and don’t clarify, that’s not right either.”

Boom Panadda then addressed the foundation’s accounts: “Regarding the foundation’s accounts, there are two. Remember, since 2014, it was the 'Good Deeds Organization by Miss Panadda Wongpudi.' In 2022, we registered as a foundation, so we had to create a new account under the foundation’s name. Then we have… let’s be clear. (Shows meeting minutes)

Here are the meeting minutes from 25 July 2022. We continued using the old account officially but tried to switch fully to the foundation’s account for clearer auditing and tax reporting. We’ve submitted tax returns for two years now because in the future, we want it to be tax-deductible or fully compliant and transparent.

We started in 2022. But I don’t know what happened recently. Yesterday, everyone told me… I cried my heart out already, enough. (Silent, reads comments) Wow… even the highway police are watching. (Smiles) I don’t want to talk about family matters, just want to explain things from the mild to the serious, that’s all.

About the foundation accounts, we’ve used the main one for a long time. The secondary one, we announced since 2022 that we use it, but we try to use the main one because there are still some pending transactions there, and I don’t want to touch those.

Summary: what shocked people first was the high construction cost, but they never came to see the foundation to realize how grand the construction is.

Wait, my… Oon sent the photos. Hello, Sarayut (greeting), Anuwat (greeting). Let’s look at the foundation photos. We try to be mindful of what we have. (Sighs) Team, please send photos showing how grand the construction is.

We know that when money comes in, it must be used there. We can’t just have survival bags or boats and run around. We need warehouses for supplies, docks for boats, and a disaster relief center there. We built it very extensively; I want everyone to see.

I didn’t want people to come see before because of drama, frankly. I want everyone to be proud and also see the road. It can handle six-wheel trailers running daily through floods in Hat Yai and border areas, yet the road isn’t worn out. We built it well. I assure you, come see the work. We built it fully. No complaints from descendants. When I die, I say this so descendants won’t complain. Now, I ask the Good Deeds team to send photos showing what we have built and how.

(Reads comments) Yes, please investigate. You can’t do it in a live stream. True. But if there’s no live stream, rumors run wild. You must understand, these days with social media, people write even that I did things just to tell a story... (Sighs) I don’t want this much trouble! Some comments are harsh; I reserve the right to sue. I’m tired, tired of arguing. People see it, they know.”

Boom Panadda continued, “Why did we build the foundation so large? Because… here… (shows construction photos) I want you to see. It’s the full plot. (Reads comments) You ask for details I can’t provide? Do you want daily expense details? Calm down. Stop fighting now, please.” (Hands in a respectful gesture)

Boom Panadda spoke about construction: “Our floor construction is this long. (Shows photos) This is just one plot; we have two more plots in front.”

(Reads comments) Regarding the page claiming the Good Deeds Foundation is evil and compared to Thammanat’s foundation, which never asked for donations like you… Wow! You’re a child of Thammanat? Wait, his wife still supports me. We aren’t fighting! Don’t love blindly. We can meet and work together.”

Regarding the latest land: Pee Gun (strongman) works there, Thammanat’s team works there, and other ministries work there too. They divide the tasks. The rest I will handle legally. But rest assured, the foundation’s land and construction do not belong to me; they belong to everyone, to the public. That’s all. Thank you all for listening. There are many other things I must fight for. Many things… I admitted earlier… I don’t want to stay anymore… I’m exhausted, really exhausted.”

Before concluding, she said, “Oh, about building in Phuket, let me clear this first. Pee Got went to build… something with Pee Ae, and it seems they have debts between them. Pee Ae told me 1.2 million baht. Then Pee Got fled from debt and suddenly put the foundation’s sign there. I had no knowledge of this. I would never have allowed it. The foundation never intended to build in Phuket. I don’t know what Pee Got told you. This alone is exhausting.”

Boom apologized to many people: “Everyone, I’m sorry if things are messy or whatever. I think I will sell my house to settle everything and may step back from the foundation to let it continue on its own. I will try to fix everything as best as I can.”

She apologized to her friend Pook: “Pook was shocked about the foundation’s money and construction budget. But it’s all for the foundation’s land, so I felt we should put it in. The people gave it to us, so it should benefit the people. That’s how I think. It must be that way.”

Regarding kickbacks, she said, “I will clear it again with Pee Ae—why did you only tell me 1.2 million baht? Now the numbers keep increasing: 29 million, 30-something, 49 million. We’ll clear it step by step. I will do my best.”

She added, “I want to take a break from social media and be with my child, but my phone rings all day about this and that. I love everyone. Thank you for listening. Thank you.”
