Slip Revealed: Boon Panaddas Good Deeds Organization Transfers 45 Million Baht to Contractor Aey, Matching Exactly the Pool Villa House Costs!

A major drama erupted involving Boon Panadda Wongpudi. It was revealed that the Good Deeds Organization account under Ms. Boon Panadda Wongpudi transferred money to contractor Aey, who built a pool villa in Phuket, sparking online criticism. This pool villa belongs to Gott Athip Ananwan, Boon Panadda's husband.

Recently, the TV program “Hon Krasae” on Channel 3, hosted by Num Kanchai Kamneadploy, featured lawyer Dr. Montchai Jongkrairatnakul to assist questioning. During the show, Num Kanchai asked about the land in Phuket and the building permit issued to Boon Panadda as the owner. Lawyer Kaew stated that since Boon Panadda's name is on the permit, she must be aware and can disclose this information.

Num asked contractor Aey about the period when funds stopped because Mr. Gott was no longer transferring money. Aey said the period he couldn't reach them was around March this year; last year, money continued to arrive. When asked the source, Aey said it came from three accounts: Boon Panadda's personal account, Gott's personal account, and the Good Deeds Organization account under Boon Panadda Wongpudi.

Num asked what payments the Good Deeds Organization made. Aey replied that if this amount came in, Mr. Gott would call and notify him to transfer it on. When asked if the money from the Good Deeds Organization was payment for building the pool villa, Aey said it was not. He explained his accounts are separated: one for pool villa construction costs, and unrelated funds are returned if not billed.

Num pressed again if the money from the Good Deeds Organization under Boon Panadda was payment for building these 8 pool villas. Aey said documents must be checked to see if they match the invoices. Num confirmed that money from the Good Deeds Organization was definitely transferred. Aey said yes.

Num asked what the money from the Good Deeds Organization was used for. Aey replied that he transferred it back to Mr. Gott. When asked what the refund was for, Aey said he was not informed of the purpose.

Num had the team show the first slip of transfer from the Good Deeds Organization to Mr. Apichart, amounting to 461,043.56 baht on 25 Jul 2025 at 21:18. When asked what this was for, Aey said he was unsure and would need to check the invoice documents to confirm if the amount matches to know its purpose.

Num summarized that Aey cannot clearly state what the money is for and must reconcile details first, but the Good Deeds Organization definitely transferred the funds. Aey confirmed this. Num said there are two cases: 1. payment for the pool villa construction and 2. money transferred and then returned to Mr. Gott. Aey agreed. Num said neither case is good, whether Aey understands it or not.

The lawyer asked if Aey constructed the foundation. Aey said no. The lawyer then asked how Aey received transfers from the Good Deeds Organization account, questioning if he found it suspicious. Aey agreed he did.

Lawyer Kaew asked if in July, during the pool villa construction, if these transfers were for building materials or something else. Aey said, as before, they must check the invoices to know.

Num said if transfers were made but Aey cannot remember, he must reconcile. There are only two explanations: 1. payment for pool villa construction, and 2. refund transfers. Aey agreed but insisted on reviewing documents first. Num said okay and asked if Aey was afraid to speak. Aey admitted he was.

Num said he would answer for Aey so he need not fear. If the transfers funded a resort or pool villa, it is misuse of funds. If the amounts were transferred but not for the pool villa and instead given to Mr. Gott, that is also misuse. This is something Boon Panadda must answer.

Num asked why Boon Panadda must answer. He explained that only Boon Panadda can authorize transfers from that account, as it is under her name, and Mr. Gott must also explain what he used the money for. Num said he would try to phone Mr. Gott but currently no one can locate him, and the money involved is more than just this.

Num had the team show more transfer slips from the Good Deeds Organization to Mr. Apichart, dozens of slips totaling amounts such as 550,000 baht on 26 Jul 2025 at 08:13, 455,000 baht on 26 Jul 2025 at 21:14, 650,500 baht on 27 Jul 2025 at 14:49, 650,000 baht on 28 Jul 2025 at 07:15, 2 million baht on 30 Jul 2025 at 15:19, 811,717.33 baht on 30 Jul 2025 at 15:20, 117,360 baht on 3 Aug 2025 at 12:57, 750,000 baht on 3 Aug 2025 at 12:58, 668,619.35 baht on 5 Aug 2025, 400,000 baht on 2 Sep 2025 at 14:35, 200,000 baht on 4 Sep 2025 at 13:09, and more.

Num said there were really many transfers from the Good Deeds Organization, then asked how Aey transferred the money back to Mr. Gott. Aey explained that some transfers were via bank app, others involved withdrawing cash to deposit because daily transfer limits were insufficient. He said the daily transfer limit was 2 million baht, and sometimes company expenses reduced available funds, so he transferred only what was left.

Num asked why transfer it back. Aey said it was not their money. Num asked if money was just suddenly transferred in like that. Aey said yes. Num asked how many millions were involved. Aey said it varied per transfer. Num asked if total money involved in building the house and refunds was about 45-50 million baht. Aey said approximately, as he had seen about 20 million baht himself, but there were additional statements from accounting.

Num showed images from the program 'Looichon Khao' summarizing the foundation's transfers to contractor Aey's company totaling 45,106,200 baht, then showed a statement summarizing transfers to Gott Athip exceeding 20,649,672.53 baht. Num asked if there was more. Aey said more refunds existed, including cash withdrawals and deposits.

Lawyer Kaew asked if the refunds were in 2025-2026. Aey said yes. The lawyer asked how much was refunded in 2025. Aey said he did not remember as he was unprepared. The lawyer asked if refunds occurred this year. Aey said yes.

Num asked if money was transferred on the same day it arrived. Aey said yes. Asked if transfers waited overnight, he said sometimes, depending on available funds; if funds were insufficient, transfers were postponed to the next day. Sometimes he was traveling and would handle it the next day.

Lawyer Kaew asked if Aey asked why money was transferred to him. Aey said initially there was a pricing proposal, and for work he couldn't do but money arrived, so he returned the funds. The lawyer asked about tax on income in this case. Did Aey pay tax? Aey said he discussed with Mr. Gott that any transfer fees would be covered by Gott. He was more concerned about tax and feared it would be considered income.

Num said this is a serious matter. Lawyer Kaew said the public understands the Good Deeds Organization under Boon Panadda is funded by general donations, but misusing funds is illegal under the 1944 Fundraising Act, punishable by 6 months imprisonment.

Regarding public perception that funds were donated to this organization, it must be understood the Good Deeds Organization is a personal account. Once a foundation is opened, the Good Deeds Organization account should close so donations go only to the foundation. If funds remain in a personal account and are not transferred to the foundation or temple, it is embezzlement punishable by 3 years imprisonment.

Contractor Aey confirmed he did not keep the money. Asked if this was illegal, lawyer Kaew said it depends if duties were divided. Aey may have benefited in other ways, but if roles were divided in a scheme, it could be money laundering with imprisonment from 1 to 10 years. If Aey kept interest earned on the money, even if he returned the principal, that interest is considered benefit received.

Asked if Aey was suspicious about acting as the central account, risking tax issues, and if he discussed with Mr. Gott about paying tax, Aey said he could not contact Mr. Gott's accountant, who said they would ask Mr. Gott but then went silent.

Num showed a transfer slip from the Good Deeds Organization dated 31 Jan 2026 at 9:39 a.m., with an amount exactly matching the pool villa house payment on that date. Num said he was shocked; this was not a transfer out but a house payment, specifically the second house. The payment details also showed amounts coming from the Good Deeds Organization.

Num said when money comes in and is used to pay for the house, Aey is implicated. Lawyer Kaew said joint perpetrators must present evidence to investigators. He asked if Boon Panadda topping up the Good Deeds Organization account would resolve the issue. The lawyer said the wrongdoing is already complete.

This case involves multiple charges, including public fraud and embezzlement—specifically, abuse of duty under Section 353. The lawyer believes investigators will charge under Section 353 for abuse of position and embezzlement, punishable by 3 years imprisonment and a 60,000-baht fine, along with money laundering offenses.

Contractor Aey, as an operator, admitted wrongdoing because the money flow completed the cycle. Num said the money came from donations; using it inconsistently with its purpose is illegal. Charges may include public fraud, embezzlement, Section 353 violation, money laundering, and the 1944 Fundraising Act—these are the legal offenses involved.
