Yogurt Natthachach Breaks Down in Tears Revealing Inner Struggles Before Moving On from the Darkest Time in Her Life (Video)

When the beautiful Yogurt Natthachach appeared on Sisterhood EP. 55 to open up about the darkest times in her life and a key turning point in discovering her self-worth—the past life storms and lessons from the sudden loss of her father duringthe COVID-19 pandemicthat moved Yogurt to tears on the show. During the episode, she recounted various experiences, saying

"I don't want to say I didn't see my own worth, but maybe I wasn't clear about it. Yet, I can't deny that the past two years, facing my biggest life challenges, were the most painful, saddest times—one of the hardest periods in my life. The good thing is I had a chance to reconnect with myself, gave myself time, got to know myself again, and learned anew. That’s the positive outcome from those events. It allowed me to learn about myself, to ask myself what I really like, dislike, what I want to be, and how I view my life. I had the chance to reflect, and one thing I reviewedwasmy own worth. It may take time to reflect, but I feel that searching for our own value can’t come from other things, places, or people. We have to find it within ourselves."

"My happiness is being happy with myself, without relying on anything or anyone else. I try to be as happy with myself as possible. I'm brave enough to say no to things that don’t feel right. Last New Year's Eve was the first time I spent it alone in my room with my dog. That year will be unforgettable. After that countdown, I felt full and content. It was a very memorable year."

"One thing that helped me move on quickly was forgiveness. I feel I can’t truly start fresh with a peaceful heart if I’m still holding onto grudges, anger, or hatred. As long as I cling to those feelings, I cannot begin anew. To forgive others, we must also dare to forgive ourselves. It’s okay to make mistakes and take wrong steps; everyone does. We just need to learn from those mistakes."

When Yogurt was asked the question “Someone you regret not showing your love and feelings to” the question made her break down in tears on the show as she shared a story that always moves her to tears when she thinks about it.

"When I saw that question (voice trembling), I thought of my father. Because when he passed away (crying), it was from COVID during the severe outbreak when hospitals were full and there were no rooms. At his final moment, he had to be sedated to be as comfortable as possible. On the day he died, I didn’t get the chance to say I love you to him.Not evenafter he passed away, I didn’t get the chance to say goodbye or hug him. I couldn’t physically touch him. When I read that question earlier, those memories came rushing back. Some people get to say goodbye or even embrace each other, but for me and my father, I didn’t have that chance. If I had the chance to speak to him, I think he must have worried because his passingwas so sudden.

He caught COVID only a few days before and initially seemed not severe. If it was going to be sudden, it was immediate. I believe he had worries. If I could tell him, I’d say, ‘Don’t worry, don’t worry about us. Life is short. Don’t forget to liveyour lifehappily because we never know what will happen next. Don’t forget to find moments that bring you joy.’"She ended briefly with, “To conclude, our self-worth isn’t about how others see us or what value others give us. It’s about how we see ourselves.”The full interview can be viewed on Sisterhood.
