Revisiting Bhum Panaddas Statement: She Never Touched Foundation Funds Because She Earns Her Own Living with 9 Endorsements

The controversy continues surrounding the beauty queen and TV host. Bhum Panadda Wongpudi. Currently, there's a drama concerning donation funds of the Foundation for Good Deeds, where she serves as chairperson. Accusations claim she used the money for personal purposes, violating the donation's intent, escalating into a major case under public scrutiny.

Looking back at an interview with Bhum Panadda on 6 Oct 2026, the day she addressed the controversy involving a rescue unit in Chachoengsao province, a reporter asked where she would go next. Bhum replied, “No, today is mostly about managing operations and receiving items because our foundation is not just about evacuating people. We also receive donations from benefactors through CSR programs.”

“Since I’m a marketing lecturer, I understand those who want to give should be appreciated, the givers should give, and the receivers should receive. I see myself as a bridge of merit connecting them. So on Monday and Tuesday, when I have TV shows,”“I have shows (laughs), three shows on three TV channels.”“Do you watch them? I've been doing this for over 10 years, for a long time.”

“I need to do the shows, so I focus on Monday and Tuesday, mainly receiving donations or meeting benefactors on those days and settling my affairs.” “On Wednesday and Thursday, I do endorsement work sometimes.” “I have nine endorsement contracts.” “(Smiles) Tomorrow I have a commercial shoot as well.”

When asked where the money goes, Bhum replied,“To the field! (laughs)” “It’s my personal money. I keep it for when I go to the field myself. I never touch foundation funds because I believe in earning my own living. Since I’m already here, I must not touch that money—it’s what we built.”

“So, I work Monday and Tuesday, possibly shoot something Wednesday or so, and Thursday to Saturday I’m out in the field. I look at which areas are flooded or which spots need clearing on site.”

“Because I’ve experienced this many times: when we contact locals to take us to the field, they take us to their own local areas, their own alleys, or villages related to their relatives. I’ve seen that happen.”

“So, I try to listen to the people more, like ‘We haven’t received anything here yet’ or ‘No one has come here before.’ Lately, that’s how we work because we worry about local politics, local power groups, and the risk of repeatedly giving to the same people.”

“We have been to some houses with packed water supplies already. If we want to give, we want to give to those who have never received anything, right? Aid must be spread out.”

“That’s why sometimes I have to go myself because if the younger staff distribute, they might hesitate to refuse. But I’m bold—I’ll tell them off and say, ‘Take it back! Carry it away!’ (laughs) ‘The people's aid must reach the people!’ That’s the kind of feeling.”
