After Yat Chaisoro appeared on the "Thairath Talk" program hosted by Ray Nawatakorn Sukchan, discussing hot topics from the time he left the group "FEDFE" including the missing welfare money, company drama, Yat Chaisoro's issues, and the lawsuit against his former close friend, Ta Fedfe, with Yat insisting he never cheated his friends.
Recently, Ta Fedfe posted a group photo from when FEDFE members were still together and wrote a lengthy message addressing the drama following Yat's interview, covering issues about company ownership, shares, FEDFE and Chaisoro's income, accusations of stealing central funds, court dismissals, brand licensing of FEDFE, lawsuits, and even his own past suicidal thoughts.
"I just finished work and haven't watched the interview yet, I've been busy. But people have started insulting me on my work posts, which I have earned honestly. Therefore, I want to take this opportunity to clarify misunderstandings to protect myself.
- Ta is not the owner of the company.
- I have share certificates from the Ministry; I hold 49%.
- My house was the office for the first two years with two computers and desks.
- My personal YouTube, fan page, and TikTok had hundreds of thousands of followers and were already generating income.
I just rebranded them with new channel names.
- How could I be a phantom shareholder?
- They say I sold 49% shares for 300,000 baht.
If I am not a co-owner, why would anyone buy my shares? I have never sold them, and that price is not reflective of their value.
Regarding the 140,000 baht salary over 10 years, where did the money go?
FEDFE has existed for 7 years. Year 1 had no income; years 2-3 earned tens of thousands; years 4-6 earned 140,000 baht, totaling about 4.2 million baht. That money was used to build a house for my parents, pay my nephew’s tuition, and support living expenses. FEDFE closed with 1 million baht saved, which I used to start a new company. In the first year, it was just starting and earnings were low.
Chaisoro earned 150,000 baht in year 3 for two years, then his salary was cut by 100,000 baht in year 4, and in years 5-6 reduced to 40,000 baht.
Regarding spoiling women, his latest girlfriend still commutes by public transport to school daily, and her mother paid tuition. His salary was cut, and he was told to take a break and hire more staff, but no one was hired and he worked as before without reducing his own workload.
About stealing FEDFE’s central funds—FEDFE has been closed for 6 years and there is no central fund.
That money belongs to the owner of FEDFE who managed the company for another 6 years. The small revenue from clips, which I own the copyright to, was 210,000 baht. They accuse me of stealing or embezzling 19 million baht, claiming it was a loan to the company.
Regarding the court dismissal, it’s unclear. The lawyer is not Lawyer Muk.
The court has not made a final judgment; they suggested filing a new case. No one has won or lost yet. We will continue with the case.
One brand, XFEDFE, earned 23 million baht.
- That project involved buying full rights from FEDFE for 1 million baht. The fee was shared among us. The brand sold the collection and even generously gave a bonus of 1 million baht, which I declined but they insisted. FEDFE did not get a sales share; it was a contract job. FEDFE set the price, and the brand bore risks, costs, staff, GP fees, shipping, and production. Income must be deducted; it’s not all profit. It sounds like some don’t understand business.
- So where does the 23 million figure come from? To clarify, FEDFE acted as an employee paid for services; the brand was the client. Now they blame their own client.
Actually, the FEDFE copyright belongs to me. I can sell or give it away whenever I want.
- We held several meetings about making and selling our own shirts, but when asked who would design, sell, ship, or manage, no one answered for a year.
- I once thought about suicide, buying cement.
- I have a psychiatric diagnosis with abnormal brain chemical secretion. I considered suicide and bought cement, thinking it was the easiest way out. People who have never faced this cannot understand; it’s often the first choice for those in despair.
- I went to see a lawyer.
- When stressed and hopeless, wandering aimlessly is common. It sounds exaggerated, but please understand.
- Who sued first?
- The breaking point was a voice clip many heard about signing over FEDFE shares. The tone and emotion were as heard. We started arguing, and I filed a daily report but no lawsuit. That was just a warning. I only filed the report.
- Less than a month later, I received notices and court summons for two cases at my home. Months passed before I could sue back.
- After appearing on the Khon Show, where Mr. Noom helped mediate for mutual concessions and refund, it seemed to end well.
But after that, communication stopped. A respected elder acted as mediator and asked for one week, but two weeks passed with no reply. It feels disrespectful, disregarding the elder who gave time to mediate.
- There was never an agreement about borrowing company money.
- Between years 2-4, YouTube views brought in 1 million baht monthly, and there was plenty in the account.
- The office, bought for 10 million baht, has been sold. Where is my half?
- I lent 2 million baht.
- Bought a new house for 6 million baht.
- Multiple cars.
- Salary deductions over many years.
- YouTube income.
- Money from the still-unreturned central fund.
- Office money lent to others, repaid where?
- YouTube money deposited into a personal account.
** The real heart of all this, or what attacks me, is an attempt to cover up the big issue: you still haven’t returned my money. This is a promise made to elders that has not been kept.
I want to invite Yat to appear on a live show or livestream together, one-on-one, taking turns asking questions and answering, covering what each wants to discuss. We both have fans, millions of followers on pages and channels, who want to see this.
- I still believe that a person's value is shown by their work.
Let’s be judged by our achievements.
- I ask for understanding from those who oppose or are IOs (Internet Opinion manipulators).
Please direct any insults to my personal posts; I ask that my work and clients’ spaces remain free of such attacks. I earn my living honestly. Thank you to all fans who support my work and encourage me. Love to all."
