On the morning of 7 Nov 2026, the Central Investigation Police brought beauty queen and TV host Boom Panadda Wongpudi chairperson of the Good Deeds Foundation and suspect, along with Got Atthip Anantawan Boom Panadda’s husband and another suspect, for their first detention hearing at the Criminal Court in the donation case of the Good Deeds Foundation. Investigators filed motions opposing bail for both due to the severe penalties and ongoing financial trail investigations.
Most recently, reporters at the Criminal Court reported at 13:00 on 7 Nov that after the Economic Crime Division officers brought Boom Panadda and Got Atthip to the court for detention earlier that same morning, only Got Atthip submitted a bail petition with collateral. The court is currently reviewing the bail request.
Meanwhile, Boom Panadda has not submitted any bail petition. If she does not apply, correctional officers will take her to the Central Women's Correctional Institution as per legal procedure.
At 14:19, reporters received word that Boom Panadda does not wish to file a bail petition at this stage. The court is preparing a detention order for correctional officers to take her into custody. Got Atthip’s bail request was reviewed and denied by the court, which issued a detention order for him to be held at Bangkok Remand Prison.
