Pla Finale Feels Betrayed by Bum Panadda After 20 Years of Close Friendship, Now Believes It Was All an Act

The issue of donation funds has become a major public concern. The Good Deeds Foundation of Bum Panadda. Many people transferred donations hoping Bum would use the funds for the greatest benefit. However, it turned out the money went into her own pocket, causing distress among followers who intended to help disaster victims and many others in need.

Recently, an opportunity arose to interview "Pla Sudjit Sudjit" also known as "Pla Finale" a famous designer from Finale Wedding Studio who has been close with Bum Panadda for over 20 years. She revealed that she loved Bum like a true sister and never thought negatively of her. At first, when the news surfaced, she still believed in her younger sister and even donated over 500,000 baht to the Good Deeds Foundation with pure faith and a desire to do good. But as legal evidence and procedures became clear, her feelings changed and completely collapsed.

How do you feel now after everything that has happened?

"As in the LINE messages, she sent a message around 5 a.m. expressing love. Looking back to when this first happened, I believed in Bum and was confident she wouldn’t do such things. Considering what she had done before, I kept asking her, and she denied the accusations. Today, with all that has happened, it’s sad. But in this world, the law of karma truly exists. I hope justice prevails. I believe everyone will get what they deserve."

How was your relationship and support before this?

"If you ask how close we were, Finale has been around for 23 years. We didn’t just serve clients; we treated each other like siblings. We constantly communicated with celebrities and discussed business matters like designing event outfits.

I have known Bum for about 20 years because she was like my younger sister. I never thought ill of her. Since she ran the Good Deeds Foundation, it inspired me to do good as well. Whenever anyone read about it, they wanted to help. I personally donated and when organizing events, if asked who to support, I would say Bum. She seemed good, so I consistently donated to the foundation."

How much have you donated to the foundation?

"Personally, about 500,000 baht. Whatever I could help with, I donated through her. I never expected she would misuse the funds. I had the means and wanted to do good."

"On the day I donated, I simply thought I was transferring money. I never imagined it would be used improperly. For many organizations I support, I give sincerely. When I transfer money, I want to receive merit in return. I do not believe donating should cause unhappiness; it actually makes me happy."

Do you feel hurt that you were deceived?

"I feel a tightness in my chest. This is what I did for her. I’m proud of my donations, but when I found out the money didn’t reach the intended recipients, I thought it’s okay because I chose to donate. I don’t hold grudges; everyone will get what they deserve."

How do you feel about being lied to?

"It hurts deeply; I’m speechless. The pain is like a knife cutting, blood slowly dripping. It’s disappointing, but I have forgiven. That’s my feeling. But don’t compare me to others because everyone feels differently. For me, I truly believed in donating. I was confident every baht went to the right place."

Many ask how Bum reached this point and how you feel about that.

"It seems clear she planned this. I hesitate to say 'planned,' but it truly was. She is smart—Panadda Wongpudi is talented, beautiful, and influential in charity. People wonder how she got here, but I think she knew this was her path. She prepared herself mentally to play this role, to stand strong and present herself this way, knowing the outcome."

"I must say she is smart and strong. We often heard the foundation had no money. I got this information from others. Luckily, she still cared for me somewhat; she didn’t directly ask for money, but when she spoke, it made me want to donate. I believe everyone who gave to the Good Deeds Foundation did so sincerely."

Over more than 20 years, how well did you know Bum Panadda?

"Compared to the past 20 years, I realize I never truly knew her heart. We hugged, faced problems, consulted each other. Bum helped me in difficult times, and I helped her with donations. That was what she gave me. But looking back now, it was all an act. She probably knew how to arrange her words and interviews, how a saint should appear, and how to show assistance."

"I believe she planned everything. The sums involved were enormous—hundreds of millions. It was staged to deceive people. Sometimes celebrities sent me LINE messages saying Bum sent crying stickers. I argued this wasn’t Bum’s nature. When she talked to me, money was never mentioned. I had pure intentions in donating."

So, over 20 years, you think her love for you was an act?

"Today, I think she acted with me. Our last LINE chat was when the news broke. I didn’t believe it at first, but as legal procedures unfolded and everything became clear, I started to doubt her. Looking back, I think she carefully crafted a performance to gain benefits."

Do you think it was a method to make money?

"I believe it was her way of making money. People have different ways. I want to warn everyone not to get involved with donation money. When people ask me to help donate, I do it immediately and notify them where the money goes."

Have you forgiven her?

"I must say I feel nothing anymore. Once the news broke, it severed our relationship. Whether I care or not is clear. Did I cry? Yes, I was very sad. For 20 years, I supported the Good Deeds Foundation. I admit I cried and felt suffocated. From now on, I don’t dare donate or give to temples anymore."

Anything you want to say to Bum, even if she won’t hear it?

"I think everything follows karma. I have nothing to ask her because when the news came out, I realized it was all an act. Being close to her, she told me about her past relationships. I have nothing left to ask. What Bum has done feels like a performance of a saint role, a fundraising act. I lost faith in the foundation and in my feelings for her—they completely melted away when I heard the news."

As you said, she acted. Do you think it was because of a man or herself?

"I must say she has had several families before. Maybe it involved her partners or people around her. But what’s proven today is she didn’t just do this once; it happened hundreds of times. I think the men didn’t influence her actions today."

"As I said, she’s smart and must have prepared everything—how to act, plan, and conclude. I still believe Bum planned how to maintain her image, how to stand firm without tears, how to respond if arrested. Today’s Bum Panadda Wongpudi is not the person I knew; it’s like a different spirit possessing her. I still insist she was acting."
