The education system is entering a crisis as many teachers lose their ability to control and shape student behavior like before. The fading authority of teachers in classrooms has become a trigger for increasingly severe and complex social problems. To resolve this dire situation,
the government has pushed new legislation protecting teachers' rights and established the specialized 'Office for the Protection of Educational Rights.' Nah Hwajin, an expert officer, is assigned to manage schools riddled with problems, empowered to take strict disciplinary measures without limits to restore order in education.
He handles issues such as school bullying, parents pressuring teachers, students falsely accusing teachers, mothers pressuring their children to study, teachers accepting bribes, delinquent students, youth who defy the law, and students addicted to gambling.
After the office becomes a public target, they decide to operate outside the rules to expose a dangerous conspiracy led by a gang of violent students.
