"In Love Forever," a Channel 3 series, is adapted from the renowned novel by reallyb, exploring not only the romance between two people but also delving deeply into intense family issues that unexpectedly threaten their marriage.
Runchlapas (Lingling Kong), a lawyer who trusts reason over emotion, and Neen Peeracha (Aom Kornnapas), heir to the Pachrthakoon family, who is devoted to her loved one,
are a married couple who begin their life together full of love and hope for a perfect family. However, they face a major obstacle when Gingkamon (Kik Suwatjanee), Runchlapas’s controlling mother, refuses to accept her daughter-in-law and tries every way to destroy their relationship.
Neen and Gingkamon’s conflict puts Runchlapas in a difficult position. Gingkamon often visits their home unannounced, angering Neen, who then raises the issue of divorce. The couple’s problems escalate to the point they want to separate legally, but Neen’s father, tycoon Thanachai (M Apinan), pleads with them to delay the divorce for the sake of the family business.
While Runchlapas’s mother dislikes Neen greatly, Neen’s family—her mother Khaekai (Koi Narumol) and brother Nai (Pop Sirat)—love Runchlapas dearly. Runchlapas tries her best to be good to Neen in their remaining time together. Yet, Gingkamon worsens the situation, feeling insulted by Neen and even causing a scene at Neen’s home again.
The love between Runchlapas and Peeracha collapses as their greatest adversary is none other than Gingkamon, Runchlapas’s mother. Their conflict becomes so severe that they consider divorce despite still loving each other. However, they cannot divorce yet and must pretend to be happily married due to business matters, causing them deeper pain than any wound. How will Runchlapas and Peeracha find a way to save their love?
This is another testament to the acting skills of “Ling–Aom” as they take fans through the ups and downs of love, marriage, and family ties, where those who should be a source of support become the greatest test of the heart.
