
This sacred amulet was created by Phra Ajahn Atichoti Dhammavaro.
It was made as a commemorative item for the royal celebration of the 60th anniversary of King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s reign, during which he graciously elevated Wat Phutthaisawan to the status of a royal monastery on 23 June 2006, naming the coin 'Nuea Duang'.
The 'Nuea Duang' or 'Elevated Status' coin underwent its first consecration ceremony led by Luang Pho Atichoti, who invoked the spiritual power of Phor Jatukam Ramthep and performed the ritual at the Phor Jatukam Ramthep Pavilion, Wat Phutthaisawan, on 15 August 2006 at 20:09. The second ceremony was a Buddhist consecration held at Wat Phutthaisawan on 20 August 2006 at 14:19, with sixteen venerable monks sitting in meditation to consecrate the coin:
