The Phra Pidta amulet made from Solos Maha Phrom powder, in the Luang Pho Kaew style with the popular red lacquer back, was created in 1960. Only 108 pieces were consecrated together by Luang Pu Tim and Luang Pho Thap.
"Solos Maha Phrom powder" is a sacred Buddhist material renowned for its supreme spiritual power and value in amulet making. Ajarn Pathom Ajasakorn, a former cooperative official of Ban Khai district, Rayong province, with strong dedication and faith, collected this powder to create amulets dedicated to Luang Pu Tim Isariko of Wat Lahanrai, Rayong. This led to the "Solos Maha Phrom powder amulet series," with very few mastering the Solos Maha Phrom technique.
This technique is highly complex, requiring perseverance to inscribe sacred Khom Lao characters as yantras, with layers of sacred formulas and consecration performed at auspicious times. Those who master Solos Maha Phrom can invoke blessings from deities across 16 celestial heavens, 15 earthly layers, 14 underworld levels, 21 Brahma realms, Bhakawas, and up to the highest Brahma planes, with each deity endorsing and blessing the amulets.
The amulets made with Solos Maha Phrom powder were produced in 1960 in the following designs:
