According to local officials, this is the first temple established in Sam Khok town. A major highlight when visiting Wat Singh is paying respect to the four principal Buddha images enshrined in each direction to bring all-around blessings, including:
North direction - Luang Pho To Enshrined in the earthen pavilion (main hall), this Buddha image is in the Mara Vichai posture, crafted in late Ayutthaya style, highly sacred and deeply revered.
South direction - Luang Pho Phet A sandstone Buddha image in the Mara Vichai posture, located behind and adjoining Luang Pho To.
East direction - Luang Pho Phuttharatmuni The principal Buddha image enshrined inside the old ordination hall (Maha Utham ubosot).
West direction - Phra Phuttha Sirima Saen A Chiang Saen style Buddha image enshrined within the small viharn (chapel).
For the Four Directional Buddha worship, it is recommended to start with paying respects to Luang Pho To in the earthen pavilion as the first step to "open your fortune," then proceed clockwise to the other points for the greatest auspiciousness.
