Luang Pho Thap of Wat Anong was an old-generation revered monk skilled in alchemy and highly proficient in occult arts.
He was born around 1846 CE and passed away in 1937 CE.
At that time, Wat Anongkaram was led by Somdet Phra Phutthachan (Nuam) as abbot. Luang Pho Thap was a temple monk with seniority who smelt metals to create Medsith metal.
This metal had unique, beautiful colors and contained infinite sacred powers. Even Luang Pu Suk of Wat Pak Khlong Makham Thao came to study and exchange knowledge with him.
Luang Pu Suk then used the technique of casting Medsith metal to create his own distinctive rectangular amulet at Wat Pak Khlong Makham Thao.
The Medsith amulets consecrated and created by Luang Pho Thap include various types such as the Phra Pidta, Hidden Posture, Chaiwat Posture, and sacred balls.
However, the most popular and widely sought after is the Phra Pidta made of Medsith metal.
Regarding its sacred efficacy,
it is considered one of the amulets that effectively counters bad luck and misfortune while enhancing one's fortune.
