This is the time when those wishing to prosper and wealthy people worldwide gather for what is said to be the most famous ceremony to pray for wealth and fortune.

As Thailand’s leading spiritual guide, Katha explained the correct way to prepare and worship properly in the ceremony: prepare flowers, incense, and candles, and clearly state your full name, address, the amount of money, and the reason. For example, the purpose could be work or financial matters. Do not forget to specify the borrowing period for the money you request from Guan Yin Hong Hom. After the ritual, take the red envelope and circle the incense pot three times, collect the incense ash, put it into the red envelope as a substitute for a lucky money packet, keep it in a safe or wallet, and when you receive the money you asked for, return it.
"To reiterate, when your wish and the amount received are fulfilled, you must return the money along with paper money, gold paper, and (temple) money as a token of gratitude. The most important tip is: do not make vows, just state your intentions and prayers for yourself."

"This special auspicious time corresponds to the 26th day of the first month in the Chinese calendar of 2026, which is 14 March, or 26 days after Chinese New Year. It is the official day to open the treasury," the famous astrologer concluded.
