Sekson Khamthong, or Mr. Sek, age 28 and the diligent owner, shared, “I have a passion for business and grew up in a family that cooks. I am committed to carrying on my mother's special recipe completely, from selecting ingredients to marinating pork and liver until tender and smooth, all the way to preparing a well-balanced, full-flavored broth.”
Mom's Boat Noodle starts at just 20 baht for pork dishes, designed to cater to students from Saint Nicholas School and Phitsanulok Technical College, as well as those on a budget.
There is a variety of noodles to choose from, including thin rice noodles, vermicelli, egg noodles, glass noodles, and wide noodles. Prices at the shop are 20 baht for regular and 35-40 baht for special portions. Takeaway prices are 35 baht for regular and 40 baht for special.
Besides boat noodles, the shop also offers fresh coffee and a variety of other beverages.
The shop is housed in a clean commercial building with air-conditioned seating on Wisutthikasat Road, Nai Mueang Subdistrict, Mueang District, Phitsanulok Province, near Saint Nicholas School. Opening hours are 09:00 to 15:30 daily except Sunday.
