Behind this dedication is Khun Oo, the owner who devoted time to studying brewing courses in England, earning official certification. His deep knowledge and understanding of beer flavors are linked to creative food menu development to achieve perfectly complementary tastes, set against the authentic brewery atmosphere with fermentation tanks prominently behind the bar.
The restaurant presents an authentic Smoke & Grill cooking process. The kitchen's core lies in meticulous smoking techniques, which require time and high expertise. The restaurant chooses "longan wood" and various aromatic woods as fuel to infuse a unique smoky aroma deeply into the meats, creating an inimitable signature flavor.
Smoked King Set A large American-style grilled meat platter for meat lovers, distinguished by a smoking process lasting from 1 to 16 hours primarily using longan wood, which results in tender meat with a distinctive aroma. The set includes smoked Australian beef brisket, smoked pork ribs, pulled pork, half-smoked chicken, and smoked pork sausages. It is served with a full range of side dishes to balance the flavors: grilled corn, grilled jalapeños, pickled cucumbers, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, and fries.
German Pork Knuckle A classic must-have dish featuring pork knuckle fried until the skin is crispy while the inside remains juicy. It is served with traditional sides such as sauerkraut, French fries, fried onions, salad, and a special house sauce.
German Sausage Set Welcoming the Oktoberfest atmosphere with a trio of premium sausages on one plate: Bratwurst, Smoked Pork, and Weisswurst. Additionally, Mexican-style smoked pork tacos with an American mix which are notably delicious and distinctive.
Thai and fusion flavor palate cleansers: to diversify the meal, the restaurant offers spicy dishes that cut through the richness of the meats, such as Spicy dried chili bacon spaghetti and crispy pork spaghetti featuring al dente spaghetti stir-fried dry with spices and dried chili, delivering a balanced spicy heat and the aroma of bacon or crispy pork as preferred. Underdog Micro Brewery is located on the first floor of Rinalda Building, Theparak Road, Theparak Subdistrict, Mueang Samut Prakan District (Yellow BTS Line, Srithepha Station, Exit 3, then a 150-meter walk).
