The traditional preparation methods have been maintained since the great-grandfather and great-grandmother’s era, starting from a street cart and now passed down to the third generation, who are committed to bringing the classic fragrant flavors for the people of Surat Thani to enjoy.
Kanj Ratchathan Paisankittisakul, the third-generation owner, revealed that the key to the restaurant is fresh daily preparation and exclusive use of charcoal grills. Especially for the crispy pork, they select large-sized cuts grilled in batches of five kilograms to achieve a crispy outside and tender inside. The roasted duck emphasizes crispy skin and tender meat, topped with a secret sauce infused with strong spices that create an enticing aroma. The flavor is complemented by a refreshing hot clear soup, which changes daily with options such as bitter melon soup with pork ribs, glass noodle soup, or pickled mustard greens soup to provide customers with variety.
The prices are budget-friendly, starting at 50 baht per plate, with special dishes at 60 baht, or you can order as a side dish priced between 100 to 150 baht.
