Hikiniku to Come Launches Siam Paragon Branch with Exclusive Special Salsa Sauce

The wait is over as Hikiniku to Come, the renowned Hamburg steak restaurant from Tokyo, opens its third branch at Siam Paragon under the concept "The Most Secret Restaurant in Siam Paragon," featuring the standard "Freshly Ground, Freshly Grilled, Freshly Cooked Every Bite."

Experience a “secret” restaurant right in the heart of the city.

Hikiniku to Come’s third branch at Siam Paragon breaks the mall dining mold with dark-toned decor focused on privacy and meticulous detail—from the entrance illuminated by imported Japanese lanterns to the counter seating surrounding the charcoal grill, letting customers witness every step of the cooking process, like discovering a hidden gem in the shopping center. It’s located on the ground floor beside MK Suki.

The core is the genuine Japanese “3 Freshs” standard.

Shohei Yamamoto, founder and original chef of Hikiniku to Come with 20 years of experience running Hamburg steak restaurants in Japan, explains that Hamburg steak is a daily staple in Japan, yet its authentic flavor remains little known worldwide.

The key is serving customers Hamburg steak freshly grilled right off the grill at that very moment. The philosophy of deliciousness here avoids complex seasonings, focusing instead on understanding the ingredients, which include:

  • Freshly Ground: The meat is kept chilled at controlled cold room temperatures to preserve freshness before shaping and grilling.
  • Freshly Grilled: Charcoal binchotan is used for precise second-by-second grilling to retain juiciness and aroma.
  • Freshly Cooked: The Nanatsuboshi Japanese rice variety is fragrant and tender, cooked all day in a Hagama pot, ensuring customers receive rice cooked within the last 20 minutes.

Why serve three separate patties? A tip for true food lovers.

The restaurant chooses to serve the Hamburg steaks one at a time (three patties per set) instead of all at once, preserving the meat’s heat and flavor right to the last bite. This is complemented by a “Mexican-style salsa sauce,” a special recipe exclusive to the Siam Paragon branch, offering a spicy, tangy freshness that cuts through richness and enhances the meat’s taste.

This is a must-visit for meat lovers and fans of Japanese cuisine, offering not only exquisite flavors but also the unique experience of a secret restaurant tucked inside a major shopping mall.
