Breaking the Traditional Suki Mold: Launch of MK Paradise Premium Concept Featuring Stir-Fried Soup Hotpot at Paragon

MK Paradise, a premium suki restaurant from MK Restaurants, is distinguished by its "stir-fried soup" technique, freshly prepared pot by pot, along with exclusive craft menu items available only at the Siam Paragon branch—the first and only location.

MK Restaurants, a giant in the suki industry, announced the launch of a new model called "MK Paradise" at Siam Paragon. This concept moves beyond ordinary hotpot suki, emphasizing "A Craftsmanship Premium Suki" that focuses on meticulous preparation and the unique "stir-fried soup" technique, freshly made pot by pot to enhance flavor depth.

Highlight: "Stir-fried soup" elevates flavors to a richer, more balanced taste.

What sets MK Paradise apart is the preparation of its broth, which is stir-fried before serving to enhance aroma and intensify flavor. Customers can choose from five styles tailored to individual preferences.

  • Original broth: Ingredients are stir-fried until fragrant before adding a distinctive sweet vegetable broth.
  • Taiwanese pork bone broth: Chinese spices are roasted and mixed with a rich pork bone soup.
  • Tom yum shrimp oil broth: Shrimp oil is roasted until fragrant before blending with a flavorful tom yum soup.
  • Taiwanese mala broth: Imported chili and Sichuan peppercorns create a spicy, numbing flavor with aromatic chili oil.
  • Japanese-style sukiyaki broth: Sweet and rich, infused with dried fish and onion aromas.

These broths are served with premium ingredients including imported meats, freshly handmade meatballs, and specially designed dipping sauces tailored to each soup.

Exclusive craft menu items "only available here."

Besides suki, MK Paradise introduces new dishes not found in other branches, such as:

  • Imported Wagyu beef in black pepper sauce: Premium-grade Wagyu stir-fried over high heat Hong Kong style, fragrant yet tender and juicy.
  • He Fen noodles with Sichuan sauce: Freshly made Chinese-style noodles with a chewy texture, tossed in a secret Sichuan sauce.
  • Dim sum and steamed rice rolls: Made fresh to order with fillings including fried shrimp, fresh shrimp, char siu, and crab meat.
  • Jellyfish salad with special dressing: A starter featuring premium-grade jellyfish, crisp and translucent, tossed in a special dressing.
  • MK Peking duck set: Elevates this popular dish with high-quality duck served with soft pancakes, balanced sauce, and fresh accompaniments.
  • Hong Kong-style crispy pork: Selected cuts ensure perfectly crispy skin while keeping the meat inside tender, juicy, and flavorful.
  • Premium Hong Kong-style roasted char siu: Marinated with a secret recipe for a perfectly balanced sweet and savory flavor, with soft, juicy texture true to the original.

In addition to the craft menu, the restaurant’s design is more premium than other branches, featuring gold and red tones to reflect luxury. A highlight is the Modern Art Installation in the center, inspired by "jade noodle strands" combined with mountain patterns and a curved ceiling resembling clouds, giving guests the feeling of dining in paradise as the name suggests. The restaurant opens from 6 March 2026 GMT+7 onwards.
