Guss Damn Good is preparing to launch“The Ice Cream Food Court”which transforms savory dishes from five popular restaurants into innovative ice cream flavors for tasting from 1-30 April 2026.

After teasing a mysterious teaser image on 17 March 2026 via the Guss Damn Good page, the trendy craft ice cream brand finally revealed a secret project that has shaken up the dessert industry.

This new campaign, called "Guss Damn Food: The Icecream Food Court," is set to serve uniquely delicious creations to celebrate April Fool's Day and the Thai New Year (Songkran), running throughout April 2026 from the 1st to the 30th.

The brand shared the inspiration behind this project in a page comment, saying, “Who’s crazy enough to try making an ice cream food court?..You could say it’s crazy. We just wanted to see how a favorite single-dish meal would be served if placed in a food court serving only ice cream. Most importantly, it must be fully enjoyable to eat—no gross or shocking moments—but instead leave a memorable impression.” This adds a fresh and exciting twist to these unusual ice cream flavors.

For this event, Guss Damn Good went all out, collaborating with five legendary restaurants to reinterpret their signature favorite dishes into amazing ice cream forms, including:

Golden Smith Boat Noodles flavor: Pairing the rich boat noodle soup with the smoothness of chocolate brown butter.

Easy! Buddy Holy Basil flavor: Spicy and flavorful with crispy holy basil brittle served alongside sticky rice.

Nai Oon Yen Ta Fo flavor: Breaking the usual sweet and sour profile with legendary Yen Ta Fo sauce blended with strawberry sorbet.

Pa Tue Northern Chili Dip flavor: Spicy and intense Northern-style chili dip paired with zesty lime sorbet.

Chang Phueak Sukiyaki flavor: Fragrant with its distinctive sukiyaki sauce blended with creamy peanut butter.
