Ms. Suchada Pakmuey, 36, the shop owner, shared that her inspiration came from noticing her child's fondness for ice cream. She then researched market demand and developed 12 popular flavors appealing to all ages, including coconut milk, durian, mango, Thai tea, green tea, as well as favorites like chocolate chip and Oreo. The shop is strategically located on the Khon Kaen-Chum Phae bypass road to attract passersby.
A key highlight that captivates customers is the toppings buffet zone, offering over 40 choices. Customers can freely scoop their own toppings without limit. Prices start at 30 baht for 3 scoops and 50 baht for 5 scoops.
Additionally, take-home boxes priced between 50 and 100 baht are available, which have been very well received by returning customers of all groups.
