Introducing an interesting restaurant in Surat Thani Province: Mukda Kitchen, located within the food center at Wat Phatthana Ram, a royal temple also known as Luang Pho Phat Temple, familiar to locals. This place offers an intriguing dish called "Yin-Yang Pork Leg," based on the concept of turning food into medicine.

The key to the Yin-Yang pork leg lies in roasting 14 types of Chinese herbs until aromatic, then placing them in an herbal jar to simmer together with carefully selected pork leg. The simmering time follows a unique recipe, resulting in tender meat with a springy skin and a fragrant herbal aroma infused deep into the meat. Besides its balanced flavor, diners also receive health benefits from each herb that helps care for and restore the body.
