LINE has launched LINE MINI Eats, aiming to elevate Thai restaurants with an ordering and payment system through an application, intending to help Thai eateries tighten cost control in 2026.
LINE Thailand has introduced a new service, LINE MINI Eats, a digital storefront management system operating on the LINE platform. This service was developed to accommodate consumers' desire for faster service and to simplify the ordering process at the restaurant, especially during busy periods. The system allows customers to access the menu through a chat interface, place orders, make payments independently, and track order status in real time until they receive a notification to pick up their items.
Regarding back-end management, LINE MINI Eats is designed to operate automatically. When an order is placed, the information is sent directly to the restaurant's system to reduce errors from manual recording and lessen the burden on staff taking orders at the counter.
Furthermore, the system provides business owners access to customer purchasing behavior data, such as popular menu statistics and frequency of repeat visits, so they can apply this information to membership programs and point accumulation systems integrated within the same platform.
LINE MINI Eats adopts a monthly subscription fee model instead of charging a commission on sales or Gross Profit (GP). Additionally, the system allows shops to customize the digital storefront interface to suit their brand identity, facilitating easier communication with customers.
LINE MINI Eats offers business operators a 14-day free trial. Promotional package prices start at 1,390 baht per month, available until 30 September 2026.
