The secret behind the enticing flavors that make customers willingly wait in line comes from the skill of former hotel chef Krid Kampheng, who teamed up with partner Sak Kumpa Incheun, a teacher from Chalermkwansatri School.

Previously, Krid ran a popular fried snack shop in Na Nai subdistrict, Kathu district, Phuket province. Although he briefly shifted to selling fresh vegetables, his passion for cooking led him to reclaim his culinary reputation in Phitsanulok, where he has been met with overwhelming approval.


The key to winning customers’ hearts lies not only in the technique of frying to achieve a crispy outside and soft inside but also in fresh ingredients and a secret dipping sauce. The white tofu is specially ordered fresh daily from a factory, ensuring a soft texture without any sour smell.

Quality dishes at affordable prices include the best-selling fried tofu sold for just 20 baht each. The signature dish, Tue Ka Ko—also known as braised pork leg snack—combines fried taro, black beans, and fried corn, served affordably at 25 baht for three pieces.


Other delicious snacks available include chicken-topped bread at 25 baht per piece, fried spring rolls at 20 baht each, and fried dumplings sold in sets of seven for only 25 baht.
