LINE MAN and GrabFood revealed insights from the first two weeks of “Thai Chuey Thai Plus,” showing overwhelming response that boosted delivery sales, with crispy pork basil and som tum claiming the top-selling menu spots, and significant revenue circulating among restaurants across Thailand.

Since the government allowed citizens to use the “Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40)” program benefits via food delivery services starting mid-June 2026, the two major delivery platforms in Thailand, LINE MAN and GrabFood, have disclosed impressive statistics from the first two weeks (15–30 June 2026) that demonstrate how this measure concretely aids economic recovery and stimulates spending in the food sector.

Revealing figures from the two leading delivery platforms show a widespread circulation of funds throughout Thailand.

The enthusiasm of food-loving consumers has driven order volumes on both platforms to surge dramatically, with notable insights as follows:

  • LINE MAN reported over 1.2 million users redeeming benefits via its delivery service, with order values in late June rising by more than 15% compared to the program’s start, and an average spend of 450 baht per user.
  • GrabFood generated delivery sales exceeding 500 million baht from participating restaurants, with a 40% increase in restaurant participation compared to the previous 'Half-Half Plus' program, resulting in an 18% rise in average hourly income for riders in the five provinces with the highest usage rates.

Additionally, Grab revealed consumer behavior patterns showing that most people (55%) order food valued between 100 and 250 baht per order, with the lunch hour from 11:00 to 12:00 being the peak time for benefit usage. Bangkok led in highest usage, followed by Chonburi, Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Nakhon Ratchasima.

Consumer ordering patterns during the first month on both platforms show diversity and interest, with fast meals and northeastern cuisine continuing to win widespread favor.

  • Top menu on LINE MAN: Crispy pork basil rice held the number one spot in the first month, followed byHainanese chicken rice,clear soup with noodles, and boat noodles.
  • Top menu on Grab: Som Tum ranked among the best-selling dishes, followed byHainanese chicken rice,pork larb, and grilled pork neck.

In beverages, an interesting trend emerged as LINE MAN data showed matcha latte orders surpassed the previous champion Thai tea from the earlier Half-Half Plus program, indicating that the support measures encourage consumers to spend on higher-priced items. Meanwhile, Thai tea remains the steadfast favorite beverage on GrabFood, followed by green tea and cocoa.

Beyond popular menus, GrabFood also revealed standout stores with massive sales during the program. “Orathai Sushi Wang Lang” in Prannok area topped sales, exceeding 400,000 baht (over 1,800 orders) in just two weeks, while “Picanha Beef Rice” in Din Daeng was the fastest-growing newcomer, increasing sales twelvefold compared to normal periods.

Entering July 2026, the Thai Chuey Thai Plus (60/40) program added a new 1,000 baht credit for beneficiaries, with each platform launching additional promotions to attract customers. LINE MAN offers coupons with discounts up to 5,000 baht and free delivery for the first 5 kilometers (subject to company conditions). Citizens can continue to use benefits via delivery apps and pay through the Paotang app from now until 30 September 2026.
