Je Pook Duangrudee, the owner, has been selling noodles and made-to-order food from her home for four years. Her husband and extended family, including parents and siblings, help out, with some preparing ingredients, others serving, and some taking orders, making it a family-size kitchen.
The dish customers must order upon arrival is tom yum pork noodles or egg noodles with crispy pork cracklings—spicy, tangy, and sweet in balance—served overflowing in Chicken Brand bowls. The owner insists it can be enjoyed without adding any extra seasoning.
The second signature dish is stewed beef basil with pork cracklings served over rice, starting at 50 baht; adding a fried egg raises the price to 60 baht. Packed rice meals are available for 40 baht.
The restaurant operates daily from 09:30 a.m. until shortly after 2 p.m. without closing days. After 2 p.m., the kitchen remains open but switches to preparing curry packs for local villagers and customers who have pre-ordered by phone.
