Thai Airways has opened donation centers to help flood victims in the south and supports transporting relief supplies via its flights free of charge. Donations are accepted daily from 06:00 to 20:00 at two collection points.

Thai Lion Air has opened a donation point for essential items for southern flood victims from 25 to 30 November 2025. The airline also offers free transportation of donated goods to flood victims in Hat Yai. Accepted items include dry food, medicines, and essential supplies. Fresh food is not accepted.
Donated items must weigh no more than 20 kg per package and be securely packed. Deliver donations to the Thai Lion Air warehouse at Don Mueang Airport during operating hours 08:30 - 16:30. Tel. 02-529-9839.
AirAsia continues to operate flights to and from Hat Yai as usual and accepts donated goods from organizations to be transported free of charge to flood victims in Hat Yai. Details are as follows.
The airline accepts only donated goods that comply with aviation safety regulations.
HomePro and Mega Home have set up donation booths at all branches nationwide through the “HomePro Mega Home Caring Together to Restore Homes” project. Donations can be made at main collection points in front of each branch starting from 09:00.
Items requested include ready-to-eat food, canned food, rice, dry food, drinking water, medicines, clothing, blankets, and towels.
Collected donations will be gathered and sent promptly to flood-affected areas in the south to reach those in need as quickly as possible.
The Customs Department has mobilized to assist flood victims in the south, opening donation points for essential items. Initially, over 2,000 bottles of drinking water have been distributed to households through community leaders, including deliveries to hard-to-reach homes in high-risk areas. They are also providing life jackets, boats, and personnel in flooded zones, coordinating with local authorities and rescue units to ensure rapid and effective assistance.

National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT) has deployed aid teams to assist flood victims in Hat Yai District, Songkhla Province. They are working to strengthen telecommunications infrastructure to support all sectors and have mobilized volunteer staff to prepare survival kits to promptly alleviate public hardship.
NT has implemented measures to ease difficulties for customers using NT Voice (Fixed Line/IP Phone), high-speed internet (FTTx), and NT Mobile (my) services registered in Hat Yai District, Songkhla, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Trang, Phatthalung, Satun, Pattani, Yala, Narathiwat, and other provinces potentially affected by flooding in 2025, including:
NT has assigned staff to monitor and expedite service problem resolutions and deployed mobile units to distribute mobile phone and internet signals. Mobile units equipped with Trunked system radios and VHF communication radios are also provided to support officials in assisting the public and ensuring communication during emergencies.
Additionally, NT offers Wi-Fi hotspots at evacuation centers, including the International Convention Center at Prince of Songkla University, Songkhla Rajabhat University Auditorium, and the 2nd Naval Area Command.
